Bible Study
Sunday Morning Bible Study - 9:30 a.m.
At Hillsdale, we believe Bible study is one of the most important aspects of church involvement, for all ages. In Sunday morning Bible study we gather in small groups (5 to 15 people) to study a lesson from the Bible each week before the worship service.
Bible study serves several purposes:
- We grow in our understanding of what the Bible says and how to understand it.
- We learn from one another and receive mutual encouragement.
- Guests and new members connect personally with people in the church.
- Sunday School provides one way to introduce unchurched friends to the gospel (God's message to us) Classes provide an opportunity for people to help and serve one another.
- Most classes have occasional fellowships and other events to spend more time together.
- Children's classes include a wide variety of creative and fun activities.
